Adserver Required

My firm is looking to advertise on a Social Networking site similar to myspace. We are preparing three adverts in the following sizes - 180 x 150 - 300 x 250 - 728 x 90 Leaderboard The site have requested that we put these on an adserver and provide them with the adtags. Hence, we are looking for an adserver. This is a test project and hence, the ads will be served numerous times till the end of the project which will be completed when 16,667 clickthroughs have taken place. So in essence 1. We have agreed a CPC deal with **_1_** social networking site to run a test project with them 2. Given our test budget ??" we have 16,667 clicks to exhaust across 3 ad formats 3. The ad formats are 1. 180x150 - Rectangular 2. 728x90 - Leaderboard 3. 300x250 - MPU (Non - Expanding) These will be standard ad’s ??" gifs with some flash content. 1. The Social Networking site have requested that we get an adserver and send the adtags across to them. 2. We would like to setup an economic option to achieve the above during the lifetime of the test project so the quote should be on a CPC basis as well 3. The solution doesn’t need comprehensive reporting but the following stats would be required for all three adverts 1. Clicks 2. Ad Impressions Served 4. We have been informed that we are likely to exhaust our clicks within a month and hence do not reckon that there will be any variants of the adverts. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Web Advertising
