Add Content to Cell Phone Wiki

This project will be a piece of cake for someone that has setup and configured mediawiki and added content to wiki's. I require an individual with experience in administrating a wiki using MediaWiki. This person will configure the wiki to operate optimally and will also add content. The look that I am looking for is to mirror wikipedia.
