Access Data Collection

Looking for someone to use Microsoft Access to make a contact database that would be able to track the timeline a contact is on (ie the contacts are put into a rotation of different types of contact...email...phone...etc) Produce daily reports that itemize who needs to be contacted and how. Archive contacts that are not going to be contacted ever again and archive contacts to be contacted in 6 months. There are specifics of the contacts that I will draw up. I can hand draw, scan and send you my exact look for each screen. I suspect two tabs and two or three reports will do the trick. I have seen the contact access database templates available and from them this would be a few tweaks but I do not have enough skill to do the tweaks. I have enough to know how much work this would be for a very experienced Access coder. I want a switchboard that makes it look pretty as well. I do not want this to run on a server, prefer it to be a stand alone access database and that the person using it would require Microsoft Access. I use Access 2003 so would require it to work with Access 2003.
