COMPLEX DRUPAL/EXPERT DRUPAL DEVELOPER

ALERT! ***** This is the third time i am back on odesk reposting this job. Two developers have worked on this project and both have abandoned it. I am really tired of this and just need someone that will be able to complete this project in a timely manner and do an excellent job. I am looking for quality here and i am willing to go above my budget if necessary. I want PSD/PNG designs to [3] THREE WORDPRESS/DRUPAL themes, whichever CMS is good for you, i don't mind as long as i get a great result. *****Also i want to go directly to the developer and don't want any manager or consultant. Thanks. ***** These will be complex themes so i need expert or guru with several years of experience building a wordpress theme and making custom plugins to add the features to these themes. I will start this this project right now because it is urgent work. The current developer betrayed me yet again, the second developer to do the same after wasting my time for total 8 months or so now and i don't want that to happen ever again so i need serious experienced wordpress developers only to apply.
