cool GUI needed for one delphi-window

Hi, for one of my delphi-projects I need a *player*-like GUI like for example here: <[login to view URL]> or also maybe WinAmp. I don't know exactly how this can be realized, I think WinAmp is using something called "bitmapped ui". Anyway, let me know if you have experience with this and can help me, thanks. Please no standard-messages, I will ignore them all. Only post a bid if you can tell me how your solution will look like and also maybe show me some samples of such cool GUIs which were made by you.
