CAD program part one

**Part 1 of 3 part CAD program to be written in Delphi with code clearly commented.** The Basics: Program to consist of a 3D drawing screen that represents approximately 9 x 6 inches on opening of the program, with the x, y, and z zeros in the center of the drawing area. The drawing screen to be capable of changing background colors by user. The program to be able to change line styles, width and color. The basic drawing functions to be point, line by end points, parallel line, polar line, perpendicular line, arc by radius, circle by radius, fillet, chamfer, rectangle, offset contour, trim, dimension, undo and delete. The drawing functions need to be able to be implemented by either keyboard entry or by mouse after clicking menu for drawing function. The program needs to be able to save and open it's own files (extension to be determined). Screen views should be top, side, front and isometric, with the default in top view. Zoom to have cursor zoom, screen fit, 75% zoom (reduces part view to 75%) and previous view. When zoom is used the line widths must remain constant and center to screen. The program needs to have the capability of redraw or repaint. The program needs to be able to print to printer. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 2000 and XP
