Coldfusion Expert Needed With Fusebox Experience(repost)

I am in need of some work to be done on a website that is in development. The site has been used for several years to manage my business and i have decided to duplicate this site and let other business owners manage their business for a monthly fee. The site has 4 user roles (Admins,customers,workers(hourly & subcontractor), and inspector). Each user role has their own login and control panel differs depending on the user type. Customers login and create projects and the admin assigns the projects to workers and the projects go through multiple stages during the cycle of the customer creating the project and the admin assigning etc.. There are automatic emails that get delivered during varying stages of the project phase also. The goal of this project is to create a super user(done) and the super user creates multiple admins that will create their own workers,project,properties etc.. The admin will only see the user they create(done), projects created by them or their customers(partially done), Each admin will be restricted to the maximum users they can create based on their monthly package rate. Some of the tasks have been completed. Please see attached document for a complete list of tasks yet to be performed. I need these modifications done within 2 weeks. Most of the user type ( ie, admin,customers,inspectors,workers) separation has been completed at this point. I believe that the list that is attached is completed to item 5. So bid on the remaining items. Thank You
