Ad Hoc Drupal Work

I have a collection of about 10 DRUPAL based websites. I am looking for an experienced DRUPAL programmer, team or company to help with the various activities required to keep DRUPAL up and running on these (and maybe other) sites, extend functionality and otherwise "tweak and tune" these DRUPAL environments. Basically, updates need to be installed, code needs to be extended, formatting and tweaking needs to be done. I am a very experienced IT person, but my role is now almost 100% shifted to business development. I have only a limited amount of time to deal with the DRUPAL environment and while I am trying to ramp up the requirements of the business are outstripping my ability to learn DRUPAL. Also, becoming a DRUPAL programmer is not my job. Over the years, I have worked with several people who claim to be PHP/DRUPAL programmers with very mixed results. Please be informed that I have been programming PHP since 2000 / PHP3 so if you mis-represent yourself to me you will be very quickly found out. My experience with DRUPAL is limited, but that simply means I am not a developer of this CMS. I am on the other hand an IT grad with over 20 years of experience and I've written a couple of CMS systems on my own. What I am short on is the time and motivation to learn DRUPAL, not the ability to (eventually) do so if I must. What I need NOW is a professional, experienced person, team or company who will work with me to evolve my DRUPAL installations towards what the business requires. Often what I want is simple and I just need it done quickly and efficiently. I am interested in getting a per hour rate from whoever responds to this posting. I will also at times be asking for fixed bids for larger things. For those who need an example of the kind of work I want done, here are three, of varying degrees of complexity: (1) Integration of Simple Cart into Home page Slider component of [login to view URL] The Slider component does not feature a rich enough set of functionality to offer the visitor a QUOTE REQUEST function, which is what I want. To give users a fast & easy way to generate QUOTE REQUESTS, I would like to integrate the functionality of Simple Cart ([login to view URL]) into [login to view URL] and replace the slider component with a component that (a) shows thumbnail images of our top 20 items in a carousel (b) enables the user to see more details about any particular item via a lightbox that opens when the thumbnail is clicked on; (c) displays a button to "Add to Inquiry" that when clicked on places a second thumbnail of the item in a special ITEMS OF INTEREST area; (d) displays a "Remove from Inquiry" on the thumbnail of the item in the ITEMS OF INTEREST area; (e) Displays a "Finalize Inquiry" button in the ITEMS OF INTEREST area; (e) Gathers the contact information required for us to follow up on the inquiry in a "checkout" page that logs the visitors [name, email, telephone] and sends that information to a nominated email address for further processing. (2) Update of "From the Blog" code of [login to view URL] For some reason not only are blog entries being promoted to this area, all new content is going there. This is incorrect and the code responsible needs to be amended, probably with a more sophisticated SQL WHERE clause and maybe a bit more of a JOIN. (3) Enabling UNSUBSCRIBE from newsletter component of [login to view URL] At the moment if a newsletter subscriber receives a message they do not want and clicks on the unsubscribe button, they end up in 404 land. This may be because I do not want to create user accounts in [login to view URL] or for some other reason. The newsletter software I installed is SIMPLENEWS. It sends information just fine but receivers cannot UNSUBSCRIBE, which is a key functionality for a newsletter component.
