c++, mt4 programing and forex news server coding or sourcing -- 2

Hi , how are you? Mathew here. I have a friend in Hungary who trades in the bank there and he gave me some news trading software that has very little losses which sync's itself to a news server and syncs to a mt4 platform. But the trouble is I cant access it because I don't know where to get a news server from to get the economic no.s etc to it. So I was wondering if you could help me out with it and with the attached picture I have illustrated on away maybe it could be done as I have seen the results of this thing and its only had like 4 losses in 12 months. My friend who gave it to me said I could get a live feed from where he works but doesn't want to get involved i.e risking his job etc. He is a very interesting guy to talk to as he developed magicstick and trades like 100 lots at a time. So my ideas to get a news feed to it is piggy back off another auto clicker news software I have, Is there away to connect to the brokers news server? I read that in a article somewhere once. Or link it up to something else that is free? The auto clicker software does the news and is free with a live feed. I would also like a feature or pull down menu to link say 4 different mt4 broker platforms to it. So pretty much how it works is it waits for the economic numbers to come out and if its a good deviation it syncs to the MT4 and places a pending order milliseconds before the news is released. Can you help me out with it or refer me to someone that can do it?
