To use functions, nested decisions, and sentinel loops. Write a C++ program to calculate the surface area, volume, or cross-sectional area of a spgere. Use functuins to calculate each figure. The input of the program will be a letter. "V" = volume, "A" the surface area, and "X" the cross sectional area. The second part of the input will be a single (float) number representing the radius. For each input just calculate what is called for, not all three answeres. Use functions for each calculation and nested decisions to control your actions. The output should have appropriate lables and use format to control the appearance.
