application sharing

We are seeking a developer with very very stong knowledge of windows development, user MUST know vc++ very very we'll, to a very professional level. This project is somewhat a clone to PC anywhere, we have a large partner who would like us to develop the allication, it is geared towards the learning industries, Application must do what pc anywhere does and more, the application will need a cutom built proxy in between the broadcaster and the students. This project is geared towards the online e-learning industry... I need one or 2 dedicated people who can get this project donein 6 weeks, we may be able to leverage other technologies to help us accomplish this goal... Please only serious bidders, this is a big project, you must be dedicated and comitted... developers with heavy knowledge in assemble and vc++ is a very big plus, this will require some hardcore development, i have put many words of caution in this request not to scare anyonre, but we are looking for serious bidders only, please do not copy and paste a template into the bid, i have just started using RAC and i have had some people do this in the projects i listed a couple days ago, i just skip those...
