application to convert eps to ttf or hpgl

What I need is the following A need a tool that can take an eps file, and convert it to a .ttf file. It can either create a new ttf file or it can update an excisting one so here is a user case so lets say i have [login to view URL] I can use the program to browse to an eps and then I assign it the letter "a" this willupdate the ttf file and add the letter "a" to it and the content of that will be the vectordesign that was my eps Preferably the code should be written in vb.net 1.1 but im open to other development languages like vb delphi etc. If you bid please mention which language you are going to write it in I know there are lot of opensource libraries that deal with .ttf or eps on sourceforge and you are welcome to use this. I have also seen sample cases that described these kind of things so it shouldnt be too hard to find a lot allready on sourceforge or in the excisting libraries I dont need you to reinvent the wheel, just come to a good small utillity doing just what i need.
