Convert c.net app to VC6

I have a program that was written in C .net and need it converted to VC++ 6.0. The reason for this is so the user does not have to download the huge .Net framework files. The program in .Net is a DLL and EXE that is a sniffer type program for monitoring activity. DO NOT BID for this unless you have full knowledge of both .Net and VC++ 6.0 and can do the job immediately. I also have other jobs lined up after this so I'm looking for a good programmer that is reliable, communicates and offers excellent support for the work completed. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 98 and up.
