Convert Delphi Routine To Visual Basic 6

I have a sample program written in Delphi that I need converted to Visual Basic 6. I believe the coder used Delphi 7 but I loaded it in Delphi 5 and could recompile it. The program uses a custom DLL that I had written that sends all of the rect areas that are updated on the screen. The app then grabs that part from a screen and puts it to a picturebox. What I need is this written in VB6. I don't care about selecting the 16 or 32 bit part in the sample app. The delay between frames setting which is default 10 should be set to 300 cause thats about where I'll use it at. The end result of this will be used for a remote desktop program where I can deliver the changed areas of the screen by winsock. So the next step is to take the area that is written to the picturebox and compress it and send by winsock to a client. I had one other person convert it for me before but ran bad. And they no longer want to do the work on here. For grabbing the desktop image, the method used made the mouse flash. I have a routine in VB6 to grab the screen without it flashing the mouse. So let me know if you need this. Please look at the project and the code before bidding. Also please make any comments about using this for a remote desktop app. I am open to all opinions and what you can do for me. Note: the DLL included only works right for a minute and then starts to beep the pc speaker.
