Architectural Analysis Of Software Application

We need to have an architectural study done to our software project. It is about 30% complete. It has over 2,000 pages of user specs aready written. The specs are frozen. They now need to be converted into fuctional specs. This project involves integration of all of it's parts and cannot proceed until this study is completed.
