Broadcast live video to website

I want to create a website so I can stream live video. I would like to stream whatever I see on my computer screen. If I'm watching a movie,playing a video game or whatever I would like it to stream to the site. here are some rough specs that I will require for the site. -A downloadable client side application to send the streaming video/audio OR a loginable broadcasting section of the site to start/broadcast the streams. I'm not sure which one is more logical & possible ;) thats why im hiring someone =) -I would like it possible to have multiple streams at the same time. So the surfer can pick which one they would like to watch. The webpage will display ThumbNails of each stream for the surfer to choose from. The Thumbnails will be auto-updated in intervals that I must be able to change. -I would like to be able to have user's sign up before they can view any streams. Once the has logged in I would like them to have personal options. I'll get to them in a minute. -I would like the site to have a calendar so that will show the upcomming streams on the main page. -In the users personal menu/sidebar. I would like to have an option for the user to select upcomming streams that he/she will be notified about as a reminder to watch it. -I would like to be able to assign certain users as site-ops so that they can add/edit/delete streams on the calendar. -Admin(me)/site-ops can shut down stop ongoing live streams from the server side. -It must be easy for me to implement a design. -pretty much a fully functional website, ran by scripts to keep it automated. ## Deliverables -All scripts needed to make the website run in good working order. -All source code & rights to the script(s). -To be able to test the site to make sure it meets the requirements, then payment will be sent to coder. ## Platform -All windows based computers for the client side(the broadcasting of the video stream) -Linux for the server side(to receive and then stream the video to the website for surfers to view)
