asp.net c# email and scheduling system

An asp.net website is required consisting of a few pages that provide a pop email interface, email sending from snippets, saving templates and sending from templates. Client management. Need automation on certain emails, to follow up if a client has not responded for a certain time. Also need an automatic reply system for the first email from a certain email address. Also need a scheduling system that will allow events to be scheduled and emails sent automatically at times specified by the user before the event happens. Database already exists, need to build on it/modify it as required, and some of the code and css already exists. ## Deliverables On top of the requirements above, a full scheduling system may be needed, which will allow the users to schedule events, and the sytem to send emails when these events occur. More details will be provided. There is already a pop email component that is ready to be used.
