asp .NET form

I need to create a registration form for our website. We currently have an old version of the form in asp 1.0, but I am redesigning the site and need the a new form to be asp .net 2.0. Below is the current version of the form. As you can see it handles credit card information, so it will need to be secure. We have an ssl certificate to be used. <a href="[login to view URL]" target="_blank">[login to view URL]</a> I will send all files pertaining to the new site in a zip file, as well as the source for the previous page. I am under a deadline, so the sooner the job can be completed the better. ## Deliverables Please create the asp file using the template page I made in the new site folder.
