Custom Ecommerce Solution

Need a good ASP coder for work on a complete Ecommerce solution for our site. **Company information / summary of requirements **We are a villa/apartment rental company that would want to start taking credit card orders online. We also need to account for commissions and maintenance charges for our owners for each rental. We already have this calculated and ready to add to an invoice. The system must be able to have invoice management to monitor and produce reports on accounts activity. We already have an invoicing/accounts solution for our ASP site but it does not have the functionality to allow future development. This will be a totally new system design to replace the existing one. **Components** Must be written entirely in ASP with a Backend Microsoft Access database. (we are not planning to implement SQL at this time). This is to be _separate_ database and pages for secure access. The server is a hosted Microsoft Windows 2003 with the basic components, no additional components can be installed. You will have FTP access. **Requirements** Members and Customers can pay online for their rentals. (We will obviously supply bank connection service) Each member needs an account balance, which can be credited using a credit card. Payments for management/commissions can be debited and credited as necessary. Full managability to create/issue/cancel and credit invoices. Invoices and credit notes to be sent by email. Account balance and statements can be viewed by members. Bank account information will also need to be stored. Amounts to be changed between Euros and Pounds (we have conversion rates) *This is the basic requirements. There may be some smaller requirements that will need to be fulfilled when the project is underway.* If you have any further questions please contact me. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ASP
