Create a Social Engin plugin for my site - 2

Only serious bidders with good skills: I need someone to build a Social Engine plugin for my web site and also for me to sell to others. Please, only serious bidders. Below are all of the requirements and details of the plugin. The platform is social engine. You will need to go to [login to view URL] to download a free trial version which is fully operational for 30 days. Also, I will supply the winning bidder with my theme so they can install it to the web site so the plugin is compatible. The plugin must be compatible with my current / custom plugin (which I will send winning bidder) and the Social Engine default theme. This plugin will be used to verify members. This is how it will work. I also attached a screen shot of some images of what it might look like but you may use your own designs and graphics. There will be three statuses Verified, Almost Verified and Not Verified (please see screen shoot) The file will need to be a .tar file which is required for social engine. You will need to learn how the Social Engine structure works and how to build their plugins but this should be easy for experienced programmers. There needs to be an admin panel for settings. The only settings I really am requiring is to be able to set the number of required votes by other verified members needed before a member gets a green verified status (default will be 3 verified members need to verify the member for that member to get the green verified status. Also, there needs to be a setting for the admin to be able to manually change a members status without votes. So here is how it works. All members start out as Red Not Verified until they get one verified member to vote for them. Once the member gets their first vote then they go to yellow Almost Verified. Depending on the number of votes needed in the admin settings the member will need that amount to reach the Green status of verified. There needs to be a small link next to the the Not Verified and Almost Verified that allows members to vote (see screen shot). Once member is Verified the link is no longer displayed (on members profile page see screen shot) One you get an overview of social engine this won't be as confusing. When a member clicks on the link to vote for another member a box should simply pop up that reads: I know this member and he or she is who they say they are. Their profile is accurate. Last require is I need some sort of protection so i can sell the plugin and need some sort of feature that will prevent someone that buys it from giving it to others. Some sort of validation code that will verify they bought it and will match there site only. That is the basics right now.
