Create GUI using Python and SQLite3

I have a working program written in Autohotkey. And I want you to create exactly the same program in Python and sqlite3. A part (the GUI part) of the Autohotkey program has already been converted into Python and is working. You have to implement the functionality and get the whole program to run in Python. The code and exe file of the Autohotkey program are attached along with this post. But in order to get the program to run, you need to follow the following instructions: A: If you have English version of Windows: 1. Run the exe file (sales [login to view URL]). 2. Open the Notepad application. 3. Type 8 digits. ( type 00401005). The number should match the number stored in table fromDB2. 4. Click buttons (The clicked button should dissapear) B: User with Other language OS Setup: 1. Install autohotkey, [login to view URL] 2. Open the code file. 3. Change static windowTitle = "Untitled - Notepad" to static windowTitle = "Title of Notepad in your language". 4. Follow from point 1 to 4 as described in A. You can find complete program in sales [login to view URL] (autohotkey file). The GUI program is in folder PythonGUI. To give you some idea, following are the few funcitonality implemented in the program: 1. Validation of digit. If the entered number is other than 8 digits ( i.e. less or greater than 8 or alphanumeric), then it is invalid and buttons should not be displayed. 2. Only three buttons should be displayed for each user (if they are more than 3). 3. The clicked button should disappeared and the information of button clicked should be stored in attempted_sale table. 4. Tooltip message should be read from .ini file. Databases (SQLite) user are: [login to view URL] and attempted_sale.db. I want an exe file of the code. This EXE file should not require the installation of any program in order to run, nor should the EXE file write anything to the registry. Everything should work by clicking that exe file. You may, though, include dll, ini and similar files with your solution. The Python code should run under Windows. The Python version should be 2.7. Your program should generally not use more than 1% of CPU, though occational peaks are alrights.
