Convert html template to asp.net masterpage

I bought an admin template from themeforest. You can view a demo here: [login to view URL] I need it to be converted to an asp masterpage. I started doing it myself it looks off in IE9, however it looks fine chrome. You will need make sure that that all css and html renders correctly in chrome, firefox and ie7 through ie9. Make sure that progress bars and buttons render correctly in the above browsers. css file reference must work in pages in sub folders, like /folder/folder/page.aspx. I will be including a master page I started working on for you to see the content place holders I put in for you to follow. The menu can be left alone as I'll be taking care of it myself. n the masterpage I'll be including, you'll notice that I referenced the js file in a scriptmanager. That should be left as is, just make sure it works on all pages that will be added. ## Deliverables included are the template in the rar file and the master page with it's vb file
