Comparison Chart

I need a small program written is ASP.net 3.5 that has 5-10 items listed as check boxes, making each item selectable. I want the user visiting the page to be able to select one or multiple items at a time and each item they select will generate a row of data, perhaps using a GridView. view <[login to view URL]> to get an idea of what I'm talking about. Again each item selected will add a new entry in the form of a row, or if items are unchecked the rows will be removed. This is my first time using this site and I am not sure about writing the code without a DB or if a small sample DB would need to be made. I have connection strings and such already written and functional and am now in need of the code to perform the task described above. Thank you.
