Cloning of 2 sites to one tax website design

We require quality and slight variance cloning of 2 sites to make up a complete tax website design. The site will have all important features of both sites to be cloned. The header must be graphically designed differently with appropriate animated flash which must be of high quality and standard. The site must also have an "admim site" to administrative purposes. It must also have a payment gateway and feature for online chat and online phone request. There is no escrow on this project and no upfront payment. However, payment for concluded job will be paid through GAF. Please do not give us list of your profile as we do not need it, if you do. we will dump your bid as FAKE BID as we consider this complete waste of time. We require a sample of the cloned home page to verify your expertise on this.
