Blog Site with extra's

Who will be able to build me a blog site with simular options as [login to view URL] Besides having the easy post and embed options I would also like to have a traffic script built in the site. With this script I'd like to see the incoming and outgoing traffic. As an extra feature I'd like to have a trade script build in with an automatic traffic sending option (150 hits received from site x will have my site send 150 hits back) If you bid on this project, you need to show me what you've made in the past in order for me to review the site Thx
