Retail e-commerce website with logo/graphics design. Use [login to view URL] 's shopping cart and payment gateway. This is a relatively straightforward e-commerce website like Easycigdotcom with a few more content pages. On white background... Open to suggestions for other shopping carts / gateway solutions but the situation is made difficult as Paypal will not allow processing of sales of the electronic cigarette product on their platform. The challenge here is to find a great cart that is integrated with a Gateway that will allow sales of e-cigarettes. otherwise the cost of the site will balloon. ConcordEFSnet will accept payments for e-cgarettes but it appears to be limited to their Cartmanager software. I would actually prefer a more full featured cart software. See [login to view URL] I have purposely not specified exact criteria to allow developers to use ther knowledge and specify unique solutions. Am open to higher bids on the job if you have a non-Volusion recommended solution (yeah that rhymes) with rationale. English must be primary language, prefer West Coast.
