Animation and Blackboard app

![][1] Within the viewable frame with the green balls numbered 1-5, are movable around the frame. The motion should be recorded, and a similar looking app for playback is required. The motion data should be stored into a either a database or flat file (flat file preferred) so that when replay is needed, it can be loaded and played back. Any Green Ball can move independently or together for any length of time as recorded. The viewable frame with the green balls is also like a chalk board where you can draw on per frame. My thinking: Just like any animation program, there is a frame counter and the viewable area where the balls can be moved around. User starts off with arranging the green balls in the initial start position desired. Click the Record button to start recording, at this point, grey out record button. When a ball is moved, record the motion. If it’s a new frame, press the next button to increase frame counter, which should be in between the prev and next button. In this frame, move the balls as desired. If two or more balls are moved in a single frame, means that the balls are moving simultaneously together. Using the pencil tool (red button to the right) draw on motion area and capture this drawing. If the next button is clicked, once again increase frame counter and clear out old frame pencil drawings. If needed, use eraser tool to erase drawings. When stop button is pressed, store all the motion data and pencil drawings into a flat file or database, probably will need some suitable mechanism for naming the flat file etc for later access. Need a similar looking Playback application as well to load the flat file data and play it back. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This app will be embedded into a C#.NET website. So Microsoft platform is required. Preferably to be coded using Microsoft Silverlight using C#.NET. Flash is acceptable as well if all requirements are satisfied and if needed, explanation of how to embed into .NET website.
