ASP: Remove frames from website

In the attached .zip file you will find the code for a website along the lines of [[login to view URL]][1] (an mdb file is there for a similar site). Your job is to modify the .asp files for the site so that the site exists as is, but without frames. This will involving changing much navigation withing the program, as the program relies currently on a javascript driven menu with javascript navigation. There are a few static pages that are currently linked to in the frame. Those will of course be INCLUDE FILEd or INCLUDE VIRTUALd. This job is for classic ASP. The database there contains some of the naviation - the database may need to be renamed (not a big deal -just rename the file). There may be some dummy files in there - ignore those.
