ASP.Net Reporting Engine

Project Bid/Proposal: I will need a detail workflow or diagram of solution provided with bid. I cannot accept a bid without one. Project Deliverable: Full source code, preferably in vb.net with a SQL scripts needed to generate supporting tables. Project Details: I need someone to design and implement a reporting engine using the services for **SQL Reporting Services or Telerik Reporting**. I need the ability to allow a user to run one of the numerous reports that we will design and build. But also to be able to download file or schedule report for future delivery. The project will need you to create a system to allow to easily schedule reports in the future (or on a re-occurring basis), download the report to the user's desktop, or prompt the user for an e-mail address to send report directly to inbox.
