ASP Image mask correction

I am currently working on a project allowing customers to select their own image files (may be bmp, jpg or whatever) and overlay onto jpg files on my ISP server, before mailing their files to me. My problem at present is that I am unable to "mask" using these files, thus all the images are shown with a rectangular border. This doesn't happen with VB, but does with ASP. I believe I need changes to the ASP code to allow proper masking of overlayed images - may require conversion to another file type? Unable to use dll's as ISP will not allow them to be loaded. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
