ASP CMS for Dreamweaver template

We are looking for someone to build an administrative panel & CMS for a website whose pages are already built using Dreamweaver. ? This CMS must include: + A section that will allow an administrator to manage bands, albums and songs. They should have the ability to upload images (album cover art), text content (song title, album name, etc) as well as upload an mp3 file. We are mainly looking for the back-end integration and an example of how it would be displayed on the front end. + A simple CMS for about 5 website text pages. ? For example: About Us, Contact US, etc. ? Similarly, we need back-end integration and an example for the front-end. + A simple news CMS: date, headline, first paragraph, body text & PDF uploader. ? Again,? we need back-end integration and an example for the front-end. + A simple "blog" CMS: date, headline, body text with back-end integration and an example for front-end integration. Thank you!
