Custom order form with WHMCS integration

We need a dedicated server order form deeply integrated with WHMCS. Main requirements are like this: The form must comply with following rules: * All data must be pulled from WHMCS. Changes introduced in WHMCS (like adding new hardware, price changes etc.) must be reflected in the form. * User input like domain names etc. must be validated within form. This applies to all required fields. * Form should make sure that user will not create impossible configuration (like setting up RAID5 with only 2 drives or ordering Windows OS and cPanel). * The result of the form submission must be a creating a new order in WHMCS. More detailed explanation will be sent to the bidders by request.
