Bizreferrals Reports Updates

Update reports: 1. Select an individual agent, based on a searched query to locate them 2. Specify whether or not the invoice is for a single agent, or for a group of agents. 3. Freely specify the date range for the invoice that is to be generated. Have fields to specify start and end of invoice. 4. Upon clicking a button, generate the invoice for preview. 5. If acceptable, a button is provided to print out the invoice for mailing, using the current invoice format. 6. Additionally, an option is provided to email the invoice to a free-entry, specified email address, which defaults to the email address of the chosen client.
