I am looking for a programmer who can built a web-application for Holiday Home Booking. A very small part is already built using ASP and VB.net. Here the features which I am looking for in this CMS: 1) Payment Module Integration(SagePay) - any user can pay a fees via sagepay and list their property on the website. All transaction details will reflect in admin section. 2) User Profile - user registration, password recovery, user membership control via admin, two membership options: Standard, Premium 3) Property Management: admin can add, edit, delete any property listing on website, approve any property before its live, admin can sort the Listing 4) Search on website: user can search property via some filters like: rent, city, date, number of rooms...etc. These are the main features. More information on request. Please include your previous projects work on .NET (similar project will be good). My budget: US$600 Time: 4 weeks

Hi Aallen, I will be able to complete this project for you in the timescale I have mentioned in my bid. I have created several bespoke CMS's before (for internal corporate applications). Reading your bid, I am assuming you already have the front end and database set-up. I would write the CMS in ASP.NET VB, unless the more detailed specification dictates or your preference is otherwise. Before I could start this project I would need access to a copy of the backend database and any specification of what tables/columns are. Hi there, The budget you have quoted is very less. I can do point 1 and 2 in 300 USD. if you want I have ready to use SagePay dll which can be consumed in any dot net based application. I can undestand the complexity involved in property management module hence I am saying what you have quoted is very less. once the admin enters the property there should be pricing module which deals with discounts, markups etc and the user you does the search has to be given an option to search with our registration but he has to be registered user for booking. on booking it has to be taken to payment gateway and after successfull payment it has to be invoiced, receipt and booking number has to to be revealed to the user along with the email. I can provide the quotation of property module only after going through your details requirements.
