Create MySQL Database from supplied keyword list

I require a programmer to convert a list of keywords that are in .text files format into a MySQL database. The list consists of 560,000 keyword phrases which will be supplied in a .txt file. I want these keyword created into a MySQL database. The work must be accurate and will be checked for correctness before any payment is made.
