Dear potential employer, I guess your website will have a simple administration, account and tracking management, some pages/form for submit job application and possible email function. Please let me know if I missed anything. With such functionality, I suppose to prepare overall architecture and design documents, write test, implement with RoR and deploy within 2 weeks. It will have several iteration while developing so that you can monitor the progress and give feedback. I also have some questions please: - where you're going to deploy website? if on heroku, it's better using postgesql instead of mysql. - did you got the GUI design? or I will create a simple clean GUI with twitter bootstrap? - you want to post comments to particular job application, right? - do you have special requirements for version of Ruby on Rails, bootstrap or simply use latest stable version (rails 4.0.4, ruby 2.1.1 and bootstrap 3)?
