Looks like your user has no admin rights. I can fix that if you have the root password if not I can reset it for you then give your user admin permissions

Hello, It looks like your root password is being rejected, we might be able to find it in the server config files if not we can just reset it to regain access, to reset it though it will take mysql server offline for few minutes.
