Hello ~ Sounds fun. I'm a very quick composer. Can you provide reference music of another song or two? Have a tempo in mind? Who's going to sing the song? I know voice actors if you need me to hire someone to do a "kids" voice or character type voice? That would be an additional fee of course.

This is a highly skilled request and should be carried out by a experienced individual.
I'd expect this job to be expensive and done by someone professionally qualified.
This will require a songwriter to compose music to a lyrical melody, write the song, rehearse thoroughly, record it without sloppy takes, (Have Decent Recording Equipment, environment, software and knowledge), then mix the track which if done correct is very skilled and time consuming. That's if the person producing it can play all the parts without calling in session players and vocalists etc.
Its quite a challenge but worth a go.
