Developer In Los Angeles Area ONLY!!!

Hello hope all is well... I need a website very similar to [login to view URL] I just need to make a few changed to it! I also need an app that will go hand and hand with the website. Just like ebay whatever is done on the website will show on the app and vice versa. I need someone who has attention to detail... so if you do.. please state that you do in your resume.. or else you will not be chosen. I also need a separate app that will allow users to track there shipment like uber.. something like find my iPhone. real time tracking. One time codes will be given to the driver to login so we can track the truck. Same as the shipper we will give them a one time code to track the truck. So over all I will need one website for the trucking, one app for the trucking.. and one app for the truck tracking as well as a website for the truck tracking.. all server work will be done by you as well! Please give me a price that you can stick too... I don't want a developer that will ask for more money as he continues. And also make sure you understand the project I don't want issues with you down the line... .lastly source code of all the projects will be given to me...
