Create iPhone app -- 2

Small application designed for iPhone/iPad that basically loads data from xml files from a server available in the internet, and present data accordingly with user access. This is based on an existing application for Android devices. Android application, reads an xml file with list of authorized IMEI devices, each IMEI will have access to a specific dataset or to all data, basically we have 2 datasets, user can have access to one of them or both, data is in 2 separate xml files. After this validation, application shows the data in a list, with the description, value and an icon representing the tendency of the data, each item in the list can be selected. The user, if access granted, can switch between 2 pages with data from one file or from the other There is a button to display the selected items in a graph, when the user click on the button, another xml file with historical data is read and graph is generated for the selected items. The graph only have 24 data points maximum for each item, (the last 24 hours of data). I'm joining some attachments with xml samples and screenshots from Android App Important: We don't have an Apple store account! So we need a way to be able to install the app in the devices. Not mandatory, but will be nice if we have access to the source code of the application, in case we need to introduce minor adjustments in the future.
