Create a Business/Service Directory Website

Create a responsive website with a similar look in laptop as the one below with a space to have advertisement in both mobile and laptop and facebook/google API login. Search items must have intuitive fill-in cities and have it be international and multi-lingual ready (Ex. write Los A and the ability to pre-fill script Los Angeles). There will only be one category for business listing rather than charging/upgrade options and there will be a verified/not verified box for every business listing which the administrator will grant with paypal API included. Included should be the implementation and uploading to Wordpress. Winner will be kept as an administrator to educate use, continue modifications as well as support. Looking for further projects after win.
