Convert an Cordova Ionic to Cordova AngularJS 1.x

Need to convert this Cordova Ionic base mobile app to Cordova AngularJS app: [login to view URL] Requirements: 1. AngularJS 1.x 2. Android 6.x 3. Mobile app must work in the background 4. Need only geofencing capabilities, disable all other geolocation functionality. Do not delete, add a disable toggle for the geolocation functionality. 5. when driving and you enter/exit the geofence, use the plugin http post command to submit data to a rest api. The plugin is designed to work with the back in app below: [login to view URL] post to: http://<[login to view URL]>:8080/locations Need all necessary files to send to Phonegap for build. Success Means: 1. I can send code to phonegap to build 2. I can install app on my phone to test 3. I can set a geofence at my home, drive away and return. I should get 2 url posts. - On exit of geofence, a url posts occurs - On enter of geofence, a url posts occurs 4. Using the Background Geolocation Console, I can see 2 records indicating enter/exit of geofence 5. Mobile app must work in the background
