I am looking for someone to build an android mobile app from a pre-made template file. The app comes with full instructions from the developer. Build using Android Studio. Need it to be fully tested on a range of android mobile phones. App documentation states : "This template provides you easy way to make your own app. It does not require programming skills. Code is easily configurable and customizable. There is just one config file to setting up everything. Project is well documented. You can also check a video manual. Create your own app in less than 15 minutes without any special knowledge! It’s easier than you think." "app stores POI in a local SQLite database. You don’t need any server and users can run the app without internet connection. There is also an interactive map with clickable spots." I am populating the db with my info and will send the completed database.

I just need android template files and sqlite DB. I'll compile using latest release of Android Studio with Android SDK target 23 (or another one if you need a specific apk). I'll test on about 13 real devices and 140 virtual ones.

As you have pre-made template It is very easy to work with it and I will fulfil all your requirements and needs which you want to implement in it. This app needs to be updated with a database only and it is pretty simple work and can be implemented easily. It only requires to add some classes in java and as a result the database can fully interact with app and the working app can be generated. This app can provide you name and fame and you can make money with it as nowadays android platform is a good source for making money.
