Android video push app

need a video push app. require a admin version of the app, which will allow to upload video, need possibly 4 categories, would like to open a category then upload video to the category. need capability to add text below the video, and need ability to remove stale videos if required, need a top banner ad section which allows the admin app to change, or add banner ad text require the user version to allow user app to be updated each time a category is opened, need the same 4 categories and the top banner ad, when each category is opened it is updated, so image icons of the videos with the text description appears. databse website to be provided to allow for the video push app and the video storage. will supply app name and app icons and splash, etc.
