Android application- questions/surveys ask

An android app, to enable users to ask small questions locally and also post surveys. The app will show trending questions and trending answers. Questions can be for a restricted group or open for all. Additional details will be shared on finalising the bids and signing NDA. The payment will be released as per the following milestones- 15% - On satisfactory design of the app screens and app flow 25% - First prototype of the app with primary functions embedded 25% - Running version, ready to be checked for bugs 35% - Final version, transition and handover We would request you to share your previous works and also would prefer awarding the project to someone from India (preferably Kolkata). Satisfactory completion would also enable long term partnership with the team.
