Android Developer Required to complete project

We are building a mobile platform called Campus Connect. It is a connectivity platform that allows students to get information about news and events in their campus. Architecture: We have used Google App Engine as our backend cloud service. We are using a NoSQL database on which we have built APIs which are exposed to the front end. On the front end android: We have created all the layouts for the application on XML based on our mockups We have implemented login mechanism using google as well as OAuth to access the APIs We have integrated a few of these pages by querying the backend APIs Problem we face: Efficiently integrate our front end with our backend by populating the front end through API calls since our team is not familiar with dealing with android layouts such as fragments, sliders. We need to implement a caching system on the phone to limit API calls made to server. Testing of the app with multiple devices to ensure minimum bugs. We are looking for an experienced android developer who can work with the team to deliver the product before 10th December.
