Android Application

I am looking for someone to build an android application that involves a basic plain white background splash page with the app name centered on it. A second page that is considered a payment request page, using the [login to view URL] Java SDK and a link on the page for users to sign up for an account through wepay, if they already don't have one. The rest of the app will be an SDK install from the site TAPJOY with an offerwall-- thats rewarded and will be called "club coins" The users will be able to redeem their "club Coins" on the payment request page for payment through wepay. Its a pretty simple basic looking and clean looking app I am looking for.
