Want to develop an Android App which should work from gingerbread 2.3 to latest and all upcoming versions. This app is a playing audio files. We should be able to add as many titles required and all audio files in each title. This app should have a descent professional look with menu structure like Home, About, Titles, Contact form, Upcoming events etc. These are basically motivational programs conducted live and we want the audio app for all the programs or workshops conducted. So the Video is converted to Audio and we want to stream the audio of all the programs. So each program or title will have 6 - 15 audio files in it. The audio should be as such that it can be heard without buffering. Can be played at lower kbps bitrate. Push Notifications required for updates. These updated will appear in upcoming events or updates section. Should be ready for any updates or changes if required as an when before finalization. We will require info on how to update the audios and other information once you handover the project.

Well I will just ask you to have a look at my recent Android Application which is reply of your question design. My application was for my college giving details of various workshops, events etc. of my college it includes all the terms you wanted except that audio feature. Just have a look at least once may be this is very similar to your needs. Just search Gits Events on Playstore.
