I have an app in the Google play store I need to give a makeover and add new features to it. [login to view URL] Attached is a description of the changes I want to include. Please allow that 20% of the project will be tweeking and changing the app as we go. Please write Andrew in your bid so I know you have read the bid. 50% of payment will be made on upload of app to google play store. 50% when final code is uploaded to Freelancer.
