Do an APK Android - Car inpection

Date to be done: 29/07 If a vehicle owner does not pay the financing, bank takes the vehicle back. This vehicle needs to go through several inspections before arriving at the bank. Usually 03 inspectors (APK Users) will inspect each vehicle. Inspectors will use the APK because in some places do not have internet connection, so they do inspections offline and then send to the cloud when have internet connection. We currently have a .NET application that makes inspections, but this app only works online, so we need to make the APK. Bank will compare differences between inspections in cloud application (not in APK). Ex.: Inpector1 says that vehicle have a CD Player, but Inspector2 dont. The server side webservices are already developed and available on internet (read all tabs in this doc for understanding). APK will consume these webservices for: 1- Do login 2- Make the data load for the local database APK (vehicles, colors, items, etc.) 3- Send to cloud a list of inspections made on APK"
